Hi,
I'm Tonis from 99math. We’re a startup building a mobile math game to get kids excited about math and make them super good at it. We have about 10,000 teachers (with 300,000 students) in the USA using this in their lessons to practice. Our goal is to grow this community of teachers to 50,000 in the next 12 months.
Our mission
We have an ambitious plan to change how students learn math via mobile games. It’s no secret that kids don’t like math but math is important to get to the best schools and high-paying jobs.
However, kids like mobile games and we're on a mission to make math exciting for kids via a mobile game that they play for fun. As they play, their math skills skyrocket and we help them form a smarter brain and create a better life.
Your role:
You’ll mostly work on “organic social media marketing”. The goal is to drive audience engagement and we know our target group (USA teachers) are very active on Twitter and Instagram. Post tons of engaging content that gets people engaged. And do that consistently.
Sometimes work with influencers to boost reach (find the right people and manage them.) Heck, you can even build an ambassador program and activate our users more on social media.
The other thing is email marketing. You’ll drive acquisition and engagement (retention, activation, etc). In addition, you’ll talk to the customers 1on1 on chat, via calls, get feedback, turn them into ambassadors. You'll do a bit of customer support, too, if they write to our Facebook group or send an email.
First you drive the community in the USA, then in 2 years, expand globally.

Our approach is product-driven growth. We make our product so good that it grows by itself and via WOM - as it is growing now. You’re here to boost that growth by organically driving visibility on social media - where the US teachers are.
We’re in Tallinn, Estonia. You’ll join us here and become a part of the core team. If you don’t live here now, we’ll help you relocate. You’ll work in the US time zone, which means pretty late nights here :) You’ll get to say that “I am building this user base.” Whoa!
